Made from fruit grown in our vineyard at Kayalar.  Aged in brand new French oak barrels, giving a richly structured and full-bodied white.  Perfect with fleshy sea fish, like swordfish, but also great with chicken.  Best served at temperatures of 8-12 degrees celsius.
